Role Overview
LeadSquared Implementation role requiring 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM configuration, workflow automation, lead management, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into LeadSquared CRM configurations and workflows.
- Implement, configure, and customize LeadSquared CRM to support lead management and sales processes.
- Build and maintain workflow automation, lead assignment rules, and process flows.
- Support integrations between LeadSquared and other business systems.
- Help teams improve lead tracking, process efficiency, and day-to-day use of LeadSquared.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide ongoing support for LeadSquared solutions.
